Trawerk does not charge you for any fee for your listing but instead charges a one-time fee once your accommodation has been rented.
Trawerk commission is 25% of a first month's rent.

Example:
Rent= 400 euro
Commission= 400 X 0.25= 100 euro
Amount to be paid to the landlord= 300 euro

This is only a one-time fee, so every other month the landlord will be payed 400 euro.

With legal persons, we have individual agreements.
